1. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received, i.e. tags intact, in original packaging, etc.
2. Used merchandise cannot be returned, especially earrings due to personal hygienic issue.
3. Acceptable return and exchange reasons:
- Bought wrong size ( Exchange fee RM10 + postage to Penisular Malaysia RM5 / postage to East Malaysia RM10 are chargeable)
- Faulty item
- Wrong item received
4. Please email the followings to email@example.com to apply for return and exchange of item.
-Name and contact number
-Reason of return and exchange
-Photos of faulty products
5. We will reply to your email within 48 hours to inform you the status of your application. Only items which we considered as faulty will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
6. A trackable postage service is recommended. We shall not be responsible for the loss of returned parcel during the postal process.
7. Customers can choose to refund if the item he/she wants to exchange is out of stock and not willing to wait for the restock.
