If the product delivered to you is incorrect (i.e.: Wrong color, wrong size, wrong item), kindly contact us at email@example.com and we will exchange for you soonest possible.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
All items must be unworn and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Only returns via courier service are accepted.
On the packing slip received with your order, please write the reason for return. Enclose a copy of the packing slip with the item, and return to the below address:

As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse, notification will be sent to you via email. In the unlikely event that you have not received an email within 10 days of returning your items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Eslystyle will reimburse postage for items sent via Pos Laju only.
Money will be refunded 100% if item you have ordered is out of stock and you do not wish to change your order.
