Products must be in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging. Purchase must be sent back to us in original condition (new and unused) with:
Item in original working condition with no defects No scratches, damages whatsoever
No altering of any part of the item Original box/documentation/accessories (if any) and packaging
Items sold as part of a bundle package may not be returned separately; bundle contents must be received in full for a refund to be processed.
Occasionally we offer special promotions such as “buy 2, get 1 free.” If you would like to return merchandise purchased as part of a promotion, you must also return the free item in order to receive a full refund. Any item that is returned without the promotional item(s) that was included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend returns be shipped via a method which provides proof of delivery. Make note of your tracking number for your files. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping.
Once your return is received and after inspection by our staff (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will process your exchange/refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days. Refunds for merchandise will be issued to the original form of payment at the billing name and address on the original order.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return Exceptions Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
