Exchange and return are done on a case-to-case basis; whether an item is eligible/defective will be determined at the discretion of Goin' Places customer service representatives.
Item exchange is applicable only for the same product, and subjected to availability.
If the item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent. However, if the item is out of stock, refund may be issued plus shipping at our expense.
In the case of defect due to faults on our side, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. within 24 hours upon receiving the item with the following information:
1) Order number
2) Clear snapshots of defective area
Return condition of item
(1) All returned items must be securely packaged and returned in brand new, unworn and unwashed condition with label and tag attached.
(2) Return must be made within 7 days upon confirmation by our customer service representative, late return will not be accepted.
(3) Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and Goin' Places will not be responsible for it.
If the returned item is in a noticeably used condition, then a refund will not be executed.
However, if the item is not faulty or it is made accordance with the size you ordered but does not fit, please note that we will not entertain a refund nor exchange. All sales are final, no refund/cancellation is allowed once order is confirmed.
The method of Refund will be based on discussions with our customer service representative (email), as to the type of problem. You will receive a Refund either by credit from 11 street or into your nominated bank account.
