Out of stock/Re-Stocking:
To those item which payment had been made but out of stock, we will notify you via SMS, if you do not wish to wait for re-stocking. You may change to any other products at the same price, or you may proceed to do the cancellation.
For wrongly Sent/Defective Items:
We expect the parcel return within working 7 days. Return items must be in its original box and packaging, and MUST be in re-sell conditions. We will arrange a shipment with the correct/same product or cash refund in otherwise.
If your orders are shipped with missing items/accessories, kindly contact ROCKABYE BABY HOUSE directly (01120252077 / email@example.com) via watapps or e-mail us the pictures and details within 7 working days. We will rectify the issue ASAP and re-arrange another shipment for the missing parts that is zero cost to you.
Rockabye Baby House will NOT be held responsible for goods lost in transit. You can opt to purchase insurance cover for goods in transit.
Rockabye Baby House will NOT be held responsible for goods damaged in transit. You may proceed to claim from courier company directly within the same day upon goods received.
For parcel that return back to Rockabye Baby House due to unclaimed from customer, customer need to bear the parcel re-send postage.
All products warranty is direct under the specific manufacturers/distributors. If you wish to claim the warranty for items with a warranty card, you may contact us (01120252077 / firstname.lastname@example.org) for the distributors/manufacturers details.
Distributors will require customers to send the defect items or walk-in personally to their Service Center for warranty claim.
Return Policy: Due to hygiene issue, Sanitary Pads, Nipple Shield, breastshield, nursing Bra, handsfree Bra, Nursing Pads, and intimates items (all item that has direct contact to skin) are strictly NOT returnable.
