Incorrect or damaged items
If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please email Anthony@asota.tv with the subject: REFUNDS (optional)
You may exchange or receive a refund on your purchase by retaining your invoice. Please contact us with details of the item you wish to refund or exchange.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Asota.tv will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:
The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality and You can present your Asota.tv online invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Please note, in the case of electrical and electronic products (see definition below) and safety products Asota.tv may elect to return the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. If the product is determined to be faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose or not matching a description or sample Asota.tv will offer a repair, exchange voucher or refund.
If you cannot present your Asota.tv online invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase Asota.tv reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.
