Shall there be any cases that you are dissatisfied with the ordered product(s) once received from AMNIG, you must fill in Return / Exchange Form and send the product(s) to us.
Please also be aware that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they reach us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to AMNIG . If your request is not accepted, we will send the same product(s) to you again and you shall be responsible for the delivery charges.
Do I get refund on return shipping?
Return shipping is non-refundable; except for damage, defective or wrong item(s) on arrival.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach AMNIG. Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error (example: tear marks, snagging, colour transfer and any visible dirt marks). Condition has to be as returned in the original packaging with the price tag remain secured.
If you received package and its content(s) is damaged in transit, you can return the product(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt for exchange.
Upon inspection, I have found the goods to be faulty. What should I do? Am I able to return it?
Yes, you may return any faulty goods within 14 working days upon receipt. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your product(s) as this may be needed in future discussion with our Customer Care team. Any information that is missing from the product would be voided
