All return items must be returned in UNOPEN, UNALTERED condition for store credit or full refund. Returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order. You may post the return item to:

Q2: I have lost my Invoice. Can I still return the item?
Yes. However, we will require your invoice number. You may print your invoice by clicking on 'My Account' (top right hand corner) then click 'Order History'. Please click the order number of the invoice for the item that you wish to return.
