If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, we have a 7 days return policy upon delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions;-
* We only accept returns on manufacturing defect, damaged goods caused during the delivery process or incorrect item sent.
* All item for return must be unworn, un-altered, unwashed, unused and have all tags (if available) attached in its original packaging. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.
* Kito Beauty is not liable for return lost in transit; please ensure that the return parcel is package properly and you are encouraged to use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking system when sending the return.
* This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on Kito Beauty.
* Shipping cost for return is borne by customer.
Please contact us by phone or email within 3 working days of receipt and provide description and photos of the damaged item accompanied with original packing and all labels attached. Returned merchandise must be post marked within 7 days from the date of receipt.
For all return requests, please email us at ( email@example.com ), including your contact details, Order ID and the reason for return. We will inform you once the item has been received and processed.
* Customer can do exchange within 7 days from date of delivery receipt with original packing and all labels attached.
* All exchange is subject to availability. In the event that the exchangeable item is out of stock, customer can opt for a full refund.
* Shipping cost for exchange is borne by customer.
